The City of La Porte will host two public open house events to engage the community in the development of a Comprehensive Plan. Team members will be available to gather insights that will help inform future land use, transportation, development and infrastructure. Open house events allow the public to review material, comment, and ask questions at their own pace at any time during the event window. There will be no presentation.

Public open house events will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the following locations:

• 12 to 3 p.m. at the Exchange Building (downtown)
  • 807 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, IN 46350

• 5 to 8 p.m. at the La Porte Civic Auditorium
  • 1001 Ridge Street, La Porte, IN 46350
